As CRM Lifecycle specialist you will be a key part to provide the best customer experience to our users during their entire travel journey: Searching for a flight, booking it, going to the airport, looking for the ideal hotel, or even the experience after subscribing to the eDreams Prime program, some examples of key moments you will have to address to fit user expectation and reach business KPIS.

Your role will consist in defining the most relevant Content/Design through the appropriate media (email, push notification, sms, ect..) to the right audience in the most suitable time . You will interact with many stakeholders, either within the CRM team or outside of it like Creative Design team, Content, Product, IT, Business intelligence, ect…

Responsibilities:

  • Definition of the contact strategy according to the business need and customer expectation
  • Implementation of the touchpoints across channels (email, push notification, SMS, site) and markets
  • Creation of customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Creation, integration and validation of touchpoints with stakeholders
  • Responsible for campaign optimisation through KPI’s analysis, testing, and best practices usage

Required skills and experience

  • 2-3 years Email and App marketing experience (experience with Exact target/Salesforce is a plus)
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Excel and good analytical skills
  • Team player, results oriented, self-starter, details-oriented
  • Knowledge of SQL and data integration is a plus
  • Experience in a subscription model is a plus
