Job Description:
A vacancy for a Salesforce Technology Specialist with focus on Development (d/f/m) (Open) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn. The successful applicant will join the IM Business Relationship Management department supporting the Marketing & Sales community. Airbus Defence and Space is transitioning to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with Salesforce and we want you to join us from day 1 to be part of this journey. This exciting opportunity leads to a significant transformation of our current way of working while at the same time standardizing existing Marketing and Sales Processes within a new platform. In this position you will join the Transition Project and afterwards the responsible agile DevOps Team in charge of our to-be environment in Salesforce, including the Sales & Marketing Cloud components. Development of new functionalities, configuration management and administration of the future cloud technology will be among regularservice tasks and part of your main activities in this role. Of course customer-focus, business analytical and communication skills will help you to support our community and business stakeholders to translate / develop business needs within our cloud solution.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Service Operation and Maintenance of Salesforce Tenant
- Development and configuration Management of the platform
- Collecting, managing, translating and enhancing business requirements
- IT Consultancy of the business partner
- High quality service delivery
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of relevant experience delivering high value solutions as a Salesforce Technology Expert / Developer with special focus on Sales & Marketing
- Proficiency in Salesforce capabilities such as workflows, process builder, flows etc.
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
- Platform Developer I certification required
- Other additional relevant Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Developer & Consultant etc.)
- Experience in consulting, business process analysis and IT Requirements Engineering
- Experience with testing/optimization cloud platforms and with big datasets and databases
- Analytical skills and the ability to produce clear IT designs
- Experience in working in agile Teams and corresponding frameworks and practices (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps etc.)
- Negotiation level in English is expected ( German would be an advantage)
- Profound communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Significant experience working in an IT and SaaS environment
