Exciting Challenges
In this position you will help us to operate and further enhance one of the salesforce.com orgs at Sika. You will implement and improve processes and functionalities using Sales Cloud and Pardot. You will provide support to the key users of the global org and you will collaborate with our regional salesforce teams.
Main tasks:

- Salesforce.com configuration and development (declarative and code-based) and testing of developments from external partners
- Support key users and end users of the global salesforce org
- Integration with other systems, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Provide advice, support and applications for regional salesforce teams
- Setup, test and maintain additional tools and services for the global salesforce environment like backup of data and metadata and application monitoring
- You will collaborate closely with the other CRM & Application team members in Madrid and in Zürich (Switzerland).
- You will work and share knowledge with the regional salesforce teams around the globe
We Need Your Skills
- Certified Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in the development of Salesforce.com
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in the operation of Salesforce.com including user support
