Job Description
The Team


We are seeking a Salesforce Associate Administrator to join American Tower’s IT department’s Salesforce team. The Salesforce Associate Administrator assists with developing and maintaining the Salesforce platform. Day to day you will engage with internal customers to understand their needs and deliver quality software enhancements that provide measurable business value. As a Salesforce Associate Administrator, you will provide customer service to our more than 1,000 Salesforce users. You will develop and test configurations in sandbox environments before coordinating user-testing/approval and promoting changes to the production environment.

Job Qualification
What You Can Offer Us

  • Configure and administer the Salesforce platform on a day to day basis to support maintenance tickets, small projects, and general upkeep of the platform within specific service level agreements.
  • Partner with the Application Support team to coordinate maintenance items and integration issues.
  • Assist with resolving problems to ensure customers receive prompt, efficient service; ensure customers’ satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain productive customer relationships; serve as the point-of-contact for regularly scheduled maintenance check-in meetings with customers.
  • Stay up to date on all Salesforce release items; proactively identify ways to further enhance customers’ Salesforce processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • One year of general business experience required.
  • Between 1–2 years of Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of IT and business concepts.
  • Able to evaluate the impact of business changes on systems.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and related tools (e.g., Visio, Project, OneNote, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
