Salesforce Product Manager

Steadily is a venture backed insurtech startup for landlords. We've grown from five to over thirty people in less than a year as the demand for our service continues to rise. Our purpose is to give landlords all over the country a fast, modern insurance buying experience and amazing customer service so they're confident they'll have the coverage they need on a rainy day. Because of our technology and service, our customers love being insured by us, even when they have a claim.

In November 2021, we announced our Series A raise of $27.8 million. Led by Matrix Partners and Zigg Capital, we are poised to bring landlord insurance to the forefront with cutting edge technology and exceptional people.

We are ready to hire a Salesforce expert to better define and execute Steadily's utilization and growth strategy. As the Salesforce Product Manager you will help identify company inefficiencies within our Salesforce platform, ultimately leading the construction of our agency management platform. As well as the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the system.

What You'll Do:

• As a Salesforce Product Manager, your expertise will be vital in strategizing, building, and implementing a large scale, enterprise platform
• This role will require bringing together your business acumen as well as your technical expertise across multiple areas including analytics, data integration, and software
• Collaborating and working cross functionally with sales, engineering, and other stakeholders
• Taking ownership over the Product vision to ensure that it aligns with the overall company vision
• Crafting a Product delivery strategy that aligns with the Product roadmap
• You will be responsible for administering a highly customized instance of Salesforce
• Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
• Gather requirements from end users
• Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features
• Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment
• Collaborate with and guide a team of administration consultants

What You'll Bring:

• Experienced: This isn't your first rodeo. There's no specific minimum number of years requirement, but we expect you to be able to dive into a complex, rapidly changing environment and build upon our current Salesforce instance.
• Builder: You like the product development side of the job and have thoughtful opinions on how to grow our platform. However, you're passionate about your product and take pride in updating and maintaining it as needed.
• Self-Driven: You prefer to manage your own workload and figure out what needs to be done with minimal oversight.
• Hungry: You want to make the leap into an early-stage tech startup to rapidly accelerate your growth.
