Salesforce Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer in the Greater Seattle Area is searching for a Salesforce Administrator to join their Salesforce team. As a Salesforce Platform Administrator, your duties will include maintaining the teams Salesforce organization, training support for the effective use of Salesforce products and liaison with Salesforce support to ensure systems are up and running based on approved service level. Your responsibilities are as follows: ensuring optimal system health of Salesforce platform; Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration; Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups; coordinate sandbox management, including refreshes, seeding of data and sandbox creation and deletion; performing maintenance tasks, including certificates, release updates, security checks, managing environments, and account cleanup; evaluating new Salesforce releases, alongside other Salesforce resources; facilitating release management and project deployments; maintaining release management and backup/restore software.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified AdvancedAdministrator
2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
Experience in managing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce declarative programming
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
Ability to provide Salesforce training and support to Team Leads
Experience with Gearset and OwnBackup
Knowledge about Apex programming language and Data loader would be an additional advantage
Experience working with Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing cloud, Community cloud

DESIRED SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred
