Salesforce is WorkWave’s CRM and genesis of much customer information including deal data, interactions, and more. This role will be involved with all aspects of the business focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Finance. This person must be a highly motivated, self-sufficient, organized professional with quality communication skills to train power users among teams on how to best use the system.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
    • User support tickets
    • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
    • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
    • Monitor user adoption
    • User training and creating training materials
    • Work along side Sr Salesforce Administrator and develop skills

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • Salesforce product knowledge and at least 6 months of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in Lightning
    • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
    • Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued professional development

WHAT WOULD ALSO BE AWESOME:

    • Salesforce Certification
    • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
