As an Application Development (Salesforce), Lead Director, you will be a thought leader responsible for leading multiple development teams delivering enterprise application capabilities in the Pharmacy Benefit Management business utilizing the Salesforce Platform as well as other technologies. The Application Development (Salesforce), Lead Director will partner with technology & business teams, and relevant cross functional representatives to ensure initiatives adhere to and deliver within the waterfall/ Scrum / Agile model. The Application Development (Salesforce), Lead Director position is responsible for responsible for technology planning, estimation, resource management, and providing day-to-day technical/managerial leadership across a spectrum of capabilities in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) area.
As part of the Salesforce Development team, you will primarily lead the buildout of a new holistic CRM solution built on the Service Cloud. This is a key initiative for CVS’s mission critical platform supporting our business. This team will be accountable to deliver the new functionality aligned to the business case and ensure it is delivered on time and with high quality. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience to lead a team at the start of a major development effort.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 120,000
Maximum: 265,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Required Skills for the Application Development (Salesforce), Senior Manager:
- 8+ years of experience in Application development or related and equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience working in a Waterfall, Scrum or Agile delivery model
- 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com and other CRM technologies
- 4+ years of experience managing and monitoring onsite/offshore technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Skills for the Application Development (Salesforce), Senior Manager:
- Experience developing applications in Health or Pharmacy domain
- DevSecOps / CICD (GIT, Graddle, Jenkins, Maven) experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT
