Our client are a mid-cap provider of veterinary medicine and services with operations globally. Under PE ownership and with a significant growth and value creation plan underway the business have a need for a Project Manager to coordinate and oversee the implementation of Salesforce as CRM across Product and Customers (phase 1a) alongside Services and Support (Phase 1b). This project will have heavy MDM focus as Salesforce will sit atop 8 independent ERP instances, each with their own data quality and configuration challenges.

The initial project will last 6 months with a September start and a high probability of extension or additional engagement as subsequent phases of the change program are rolled out.

The project manager will play a classic PM role in a medium sized firm, where the need for a hands-on approach and breadth of skill coverage is essential as project teams are lean and nimble, in alignment with the shape of the organisation. Therefore this will likely also span involvement in business analysis, solution architecture, data management and testing – alongside core project management. The PM needs to be a highly engaged and proactive individual who will play a central leadership role for the group, bringing together all the necessary parties and stakeholders to ensure a slick and smooth transition through the stages of CRM go live. The business is ready for change, with significant involvement and support also brought via the PE ops team, but what is needed is for a strong individual to take the reins to ensure the complex group structure are all seamlessly migrated through implementation and the data sets are cleansed and brought forward in their governance along the way.

We are looking for a project manager with 10+ years of experience as a project manager with one or more experiences with medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical companies. Must be able to speak French fluently (ideally native) with the ability to travel 3 times a week outside of Paris.
