Salesforce Developer

Requirements/Responsibilities:
Design, build, and support apps, datasets, and dashboards.

Review the future roadmap and provide guidance to business users for enhancements.

Perform data analysis, produce data samples/prototypes, and produce adhoc reports.

Grow internal Salesforce expertise: be a mentor, teacher, and guide to developers and management.

Continuously explore technology options to drive enhancements, automation, and improved efficiencies.

Develop in Lightning using the APEX code.

Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

Required Qualification or Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer.

Experience developing Lightning using APEX code.

Must have customer-facing experience to be able to train users and interface with the project team.

Experience with Pardot is needed.

Experience with Salesforce Workflows.

Confirmed ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.

A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

Understanding of the Salesforce sharing model, profiles, role hierarchies, connected apps, and the Salesforce.com API.

Experience working with the Salesforce Lightning interface.
