The team “Digital Customer & Sales Process Enablement Management” acts as Business Owner / Project Manager of sales platforms/applications and represents the Global Sales function for Digital Sales Enablement applications in the Business Unit Commercial Finance (COF) as part of Siemens Financial Services (SFS). It acts as voice of sales and translates the requirements of sales and customers in the respective countries into future global digital development concepts.

What part will you play?
  • You are responsible for the development, coordination, execution and ongoing review of the global Commercial Finance (COF) CRM SieSales strategy and budget to support our overall COF strategy
  • You originate and execute specific CRM projects to drive CRM usage within COF and support specific functions. You determine and harmonize business needs, translate them into CRM requirements, manage required data conversion, develop global templates/approaches, and migrate knowledge of the organization in conjunction with our wider global sales organization
  • You implement and execute the core elements of Salesforce/SieSales CRM adoption, which includes the planning and engagement of required training resources, country and functional engagement and 'train the trainer'
  • In this role, you establish and maintain CRM reporting. You create and drive appropriate CRM adoption metrics and status reports for use within COF and the wider SFS and Siemens organization. You also develop salesforce and marketing performance insights and metrics within the context of CRM functionality
  • You are strongly involved in the development of CRM within Siemens and SFS, in order to drive where possible alignment of COF CRM efforts within the overall SFS and Siemens adoption requirements, and harmonization of CRM approaches
  • You are responsible for reporting, engagement forums and CRM communications to support the execution and transparency of our CRM strategy and associated projects, including COF CRM Steering Committee and COF Country CRM champions monthly reporting and engagement calls
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The basis of your success is a master´s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a similar field of study
  • High levels of experience and knowledge of CRM and Salesforce is required, which includes its contribution to sales performance & productivity, technical implementation & sales adoption
  • You are skilled in CRM vision and strategy development within the context of overall business strategy, including the stakeholder engagement process, leading to clear CRM strategic actions & planning methodologies
  • You are familiar with the CRM development process and associated project management, requirements planning and user story/epic development process
  • You have knowledge of finance processes within an asset finance environment
  • You have demonstrable experience of managing and engaging a complex network of stakeholders and resources - across own team, broader project teams, and wider sales, marketing and IT organizations
  • You have strong influencing skills / thought leadership as well as communications skills
  • You have worked in international teams across languages, cultures and time zones for at least 3 years
  • Fluent English skills round off your profile
