Senior Salesforce Developer

As our Salesforce Developer, you'll help our agile team translate logistic requirements into Salesforce solutions. That means supporting a range of issues, from driver needs to helping HR with payroll for drivers. Being a natural collaborator, you're able to work with Scoober stakeholders and external Salesforce developers to create scalable implementations.
We want to see you grow into a Salesforce Architect, and in this role, you'll also have the opportunity to:

• Develop Lighting Components / Lightning Web Components and integrate Salesforce API

• Implement and integrate external applications & plug-ins into our current environment

• Help boost our security and improve user access to data

• Create expert reports and dashboards to help us make well-informed decisions

• Maintaining our salesforce org and making it future-proof

Here's what we need from our next Salesforce specialist:

• 5+ years experience in developing software

• 3+ years experience in working with Salesforce

• You have at least two salesforce developer certificates (more is an advantage)

• Experience in designing software solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders and product owners

• In-depth knowledge of the following technologies: Apex, Javascript, HTML & CSS, Visualforce, and SQL

• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Aura Components, as well as SLDS standards

• Integration experience with different API specifications (SOAP, REST)

• Familiarity with version control (Git)

• An extensive understanding of salesforce process design and automation

• Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)

• Willingness to take over responsibility and be a mentor for new colleagues

• Familiarity with agile concepts (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience in handling and administrating Service Cloud applications
  
  Nice to have...

• Experiences with GitLab, GitLab Pipelines, and the concepts of SFDX

• German in speaking and writing

• Experience with FormAssembly or Typeform

• Experiences in the HR sector
