Your Impact

As an Account Manager, you will promote Salesforce Maps by generating new business primarily through outbound prospecting and sourcing high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts to fuel our growth. By working closely with a number of internal stakeholders, you will build and prioritise strategic target account lists within a defined territory. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Your Experience

The experience and skill set needed to be successful is a minimum of 3 years+ of full-time sales development & prospecting experience in the technology space (software focus preferred).

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a full-lifecycle sales process, prospecting customers via phone, email, referrals, LinkedIn, Salesforce relationships, partners, etc.

  • Identify appropriate business contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline

  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through product demonstrations and presentations with Director, VP, and C Level prospects

  • Manage accounts and contacts within Salesforce.com through the entire sales lifecycle

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships to maximize future revenue opportunities

  • Ability to match our sales process with customer buying processes

Desired Skills

  • Technology-based sales experience, preferably within B2B, Software / SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of consistently delivering at and above quota

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Fluent in French and English
