GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
LL Flooring is looking for an individual to fill the newly created Salesforce Administrator position. This role offers the unique opportunity to help facilitate large-scale, highly visible, and cross-functional CRM work across different teams. The SF Administrator role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and is responsible for serving as the key administrative role for the CRM platform. This position has frequent engagement with various departments within LL and serves as the field liaison for platform feedback and enhancement suggestions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as administrator for SFDC, managing configuration, which includes aspects such as role hierarchy, licenses, user profiles, security, field requirements, team assignments, workflows and approvals, demographic updates and data integrity, validation rules and reports.
- Create and edit users in specified roles and all subordinate roles. User editing tasks include resetting passwords, setting quotas, creating default opportunity teams, and creating personal groups for those users.
- Assign users to specified profiles and permission sets.
- Provide end-user support for SFDC and other Sales-facing systems – The role will provide day-to-day support for end user questions on sales force automation, lead management, marketing campaign integration and data access and training.
- Manage the intake process for feedback and input from field leaders and users – organize the information for review by key stakeholders and for inclusion in roadmap prioritization/design.
- Coordinate information requests and special projects, as assigned. Organize, catalog, and respond to custom report requests.
- Proactively monitor Chatter group utilization and communications, ensuring business-appropriate use of collaboration capabilities and escalating any potential concerns to be addressed.
- Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of Chatter communities.
- Monitor dashboard utilization and make recommendations for modifications to dashboards and standard reports based on user input.

Education:
- BA / BS in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related areas from accredited four-year college or university is preferred
- Salesforce accreditations, certifications, or badges
- Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Jira or similar project management platforms
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret data effectively to provide insight
- Understands the Salesforce ecosystem and the data integrations between each platform
- Proficient at all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoi
