As Business Administrator – Salesforce CRM you will be a subject matter expert of salesforce and support the business users of Stryker South Pacific. By managing the CRM business support queue, you will create Reports, dashboards, workflows, user set up, field creation based on User requests set up be the liaison between our business users, CRM team and IT support. In doing so, you will be making sure business needs are understood and delivered.

Responsibilities:

Support 650+ users, monitoring and managing the CRM support queues including user set up & queries, page layouts, trouble shooting, pick list changes and reporting and dashboards
Develop and maintain our Salesforce core functionality, including working with standard objects (Service & Sales Cloud)
Monitor business user activity and inform management of changes and trends
Establish and maintain effecting working relationships with global CRM partners
Staying informed of each new release of SFDC (3 times per year) to leverage any new functionality to the business & complete pre-release Business User Acceptance testing
Monitor site implementation of SFDC and provide mentoring, assistance and guidance to business users

Skills & Requirements:

Salesforce Administrator certification and 2+ years salesforce experience including Lightning
Intermediate to advanced Salesforce Reporting & Dashboarding
Experience in system implementation within a multi-divisional organisation
A technical mastery of solution administration and training frameworks
A proven track record of developing best practice information systems and ability to learn new IS solutions
A strong project management base knowledge
Demonstrated use of initiative to achieve results
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, communication, and presentation skills
