Position Description:
The UCLA Anderson School of Management Department of Computing & Information Services (ACIS) supports more than 2,000 users, including faculty, senior administration, staff, MBA, MFE, MSBA and PhD students. ACIS provides comprehensive and integrated web development, application development, system integration, technical business analysis and technical support for Anderson business units including financial services, admissions, career services, executive education, marketing & communications, alumni and development offices. ACIS also provides technology for research & instructional support to more than 100 Anderson School faculty and approximately 60 Ph.D. students.

Under the general direction of the Deputy CIO, the Enterprise Salesforce Administrator manages the enterprise Salesforce org, is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Salesforce-based solutions. The Enterprise Salesforce Administrator will collaborate with project teams, business unit subject matter experts, developers, and consultants to implement maintainable services and solutions for Anderson business units. The incumbent will analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation, improvement of data integrity, and workflow efficiency to deliver additional value to the Anderson community.

As the Enterprise Salesforce Administrator, the incumbent manages and oversees an important component of Anderson's modern data platform which combines and normalizes data from multiple sources into a common data ecosystem. To support enterprise-wide Salesforce inclusion into the modern data platform, this person will work closely with other Salesforce administrators to ensure alignment between different Salesforce orgs at Anderson. Working with members of the IT team, data stewards, and business unit executives, this person will be heavily involved in the establishment of a cohesive data platform supporting data-driven decisions, business analytics, and data visualizations.

The incumbent must have broad knowledge and comfort with Salesforce and general CRM principles and be able to work closely with highly technical staff on the planning, implementation, and documentation of Salesforce-based solutions.
