As an Associate / Consultant at AllCloud, you will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life. You learn to be proficient in engaging with clients to gather the most pertinent information and be capable of explaining difficult concepts and solving problems quickly and efficiently. In this dynamic role, you will deepen your expertise to create Salesforce.com solutions, technical designs, best practices, and application implementations. The ideal candidate should possess an intense passion for ensuring that our customers enjoy lifetime success.

** Work breakdown is 80% Configuration, 10% Analysis, 10% Documentation.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Work with Solution Architect and Business Analyst in the documentation of User Stories including Acceptance Criteria, Assumptions & Constraints, Size, Priority, and recommended solution.
• Participate in architectural, design and product/process discussions
• Assist create project deliverable s such as business requirements, solution design, functional specifications, and report of findings
• Assist managing the Feedback Loop for completed User Stories through Build.
• Work closely with the Project Owner and testers to deliver the tasks on time and with the expected quality
• Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and framework
• Actively participate in testing, deployments and migration processes
• Implement automated test cases and design testing frameworks
• Take part in all application development life cycle phases
• Learning new Salesforce.com related technologies

Requirements:

Summary of Experience

• 1+ years as a Salesforce Configuration.
• Interest in learning Salesforce: Salesforce Platform / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud, advanced Configuration, security/permissions Mgt, data Migration, data Model.
• Interest in learning in Agile project methodology including backlog management, user story & acceptance criteria, sprint planning, etc.
