About the Role
The role of Salesforce Administrator Chapter Lead is a new role that will be key in enabling Gamma to maintain and develop our growing Salesforce environment and grow and develop Salesforce skills across the team.
We are planning further investments in our Salesforce platform, and you will be involved in planning, designing, and delivering these.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Salesforce environment which will include leading the regular Salesforce major and minor upgrades.
You’ll be responsible for managing a small team of Salesforce administrators, which will encompass:
- Developing and motivate staff to deliver excellent results, including appraisals, quality assurance, skills development. This will include mentoring them and building up their technical and support skill sets.
- Drive team efficiency through motivation and leadership.
- Lead from the front, acting as a professional role model.
- Act as an initial escalation point for issues coming into the team.
- Ensuring that tickets are prioritised accordingly, and tickets are resolved as per SLA.
- Examine and understand the causes of support requests and drive through change to resolve common issues, bugs, and recurring faults.
About You
You are a smart and talented individual who knows how to work hard whilst still maintaining a fun and friendly attitude. You’ll enjoy working within a team where there is a culture of learning and mutual respect; an environment where you can bring new ideas to the table and have them heard.
You’ll already be working with Salesforce and have demonstratable experience in planning and delivering Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) developments and resolving problems in a high-pressured environment. You’ll also be keen to build upon your people management skills and already have experience training and mentoring staff.
From a technical perspective you must have excellent understanding of the Salesforce environment and an understanding and experience integrating systems into Salesforce.
You are a good communicator who enjoys speaking to people at all levels via email, on the phone or simply by an informal chat. You’ll be able to communicate technical details to business stakeholders in ways they understand, and have experience getting business stakeholder buy-in to planned Salesforce changes.
