SalesForce Architect
Our client is looking for a SalesForce Architect to be resident technical expert on cloud solutions and the primary contributor to define the technical roadmap through understanding the business roadmap, utilizing the capabilities and limitations of the product suite, and presenting solution options that meet the business needs. Lead the delivery of digital cloud solutions working closely with business leaders and IT. Provides technical leadership to the broader team.
SalesForce Architect Responsibilities
Lead vendor and internal teams to implement projects and provide oversight.
Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to understand the enterprise needs that could be satisfied through cloud solutions.
Manage, develop, mentor, and coach associates to maintain and retain an effective and efficient team, managing performance appraisals and salary adjustment recommendations, promotions, and terminations.
Create quality guidelines and effectively measure compliance during all phases of system development.
In partnership with business stakeholders and fellow architects, build Client Centric architectures to mature OmniChannel capabilities, Customer Data Platform, utilizing Modernization, Rationalization and Innovation.
Ensure the success of eCommerce architecture through all phases of design, testing, implementation, back up, disaster planning and recovery testing.
Build communication plans and tailor processes as needed.
Continue to expand versatile technical skills in software and hardware solutions.
Lead study groups, mentor teams and provide individual training.
Define tiers, layers, system components, responsibilities, interfaces, interactions and collaborations, identifying existing system interfaces, documenting assumptions & risks and creating mitigation plans.
Identify risks in project implementation and propose mitigation plans.
Promote a highly collaborative and productive environment, mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts.

SalesForce Architect Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ten years of experience of providing technology solutions are required.
A minimum of seven years of technical experience with packaged solutions are required.
A minimum of three years in technical leadership role are required.
Experience in agile development practices is preferred.
