Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that works to translate business needs into practical and innovative business solutions. Responsibilities
Work closely with the development teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the business needs as they relate to the proposed system design.
Act as the lead in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and editing requirements, specifications, and business processes from business leaders and IT stakeholders.
Assist with support of the end-user community by providing additional application support and training as required.
Provide assistance and direction to QA Analysts with validation and testing of proposed solutions, including validation of resolved defects, and provide assistance and direction during implementation and deployment of system solutions to production.
Collaborate with business users and other business personnel to identify required changes and to support compliance.
Interface and proactively manage the relationship with our technology vendors to ensure timely and successful code delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

A minimum of 4 years in a business analyst role within the financial services or automotive lending industries
- Prior experience with Salesforce products is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate and write requirements
- Strong analytic, time management, and organizational skills
- Must be highly personable with the ability to build strong relationships across groups and with IT personnel
- Must exhibit extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
- Detail-oriented and self-directed with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
