Technical Expertise

• 9 Years of strong experience in Salesforce Functional Testing
• Expertise on anyone or more of Salesforce Cloud modules like Sales, Service Commerce, Marketing, Community & Analytics
• Strong Finance and Banking domains testing experience
• Good experience on CRM integration with ERP & ETL skills would be a plus
• Fair experience in - Integration Testing, Mobile Testing and Interface Testing
• Test Lead Test Manager #Strong experience in developing and implementing - Salesforce E2E Test Strategy and Test Plans
• Experienced in leading Quality Engineers as part of dynamic QE teams and contribute to the overall testing efforts in a hands-on role
• Good experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA & ALM - Test Management Tools
• Experience working in Agile Scrum projects and In-sprint automation
• Involved in Sprint planning, sprint execution & Sprint demos
• Involved in Test Execution & Defect Management
• Experience in successfully implementing # #quality guidelines, coding standards and procedures
• Strong written, verbal communication and Presentation skills
• Have Strong manual testing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Selenium BDD Framework with Azure DevOps Integration and Implementation
