Restoration Hardware is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Salesforce Developer to be a part of the CRM technology team which supports a Service Cloud instance with a large user base. This role is expected to work with our business partners, to identify and develop new functionalities which add business value on the Salesforce platform and help us delight our clients. This position is a backfill for a team member who is on a leave of absence.

Design and develop new application functionality and features, working across our different lines of business

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and IT partners to define requirements and architect appropriate solutions

Develop lightning components, custom pages and batch processes which effectively address the business need

Create and maintain Salesforce fields, objects, page layouts and applications

Leverage security model and standard capabilities to design and maintain security settings, workflows and processes

Write test class code coverage and execute unit tests

Provide technical and user support as required

5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform

Expert level knowledge of APEX, VisualForce, Triggers, Process flows

In-depth knowledge of Lightning: Aura and Lightning Web Components

Web Services Development with the Salesforce API (SOAP/REST etc.)

Knowledge of Data Schemas and DML including SQL, SOQL and SOSL

Strong customization and configuration experience with Service Cloud and Communities.

Experience working with source control (such as Bitbucket) and automated deployment tools (AutoRabit, Flosum etc.)

Salesforce Certifications in Admin and Developer required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
