POSITION SUMMARY: We're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to champion our Salesforce endeavors. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the platform, customizing functionalities, and implementing solutions that empower our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop custom objects, fields, workflows, and components to tailor Salesforce to our organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and access controls, ensuring meticulous data integrity.
  • Oversee seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems, facilitating smooth information flow.
  • Create insightful reports, dynamic dashboards, and workflows to provide valuable insights to departments and management.
  • Lead user training and onboarding, enabling effective utilization of Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement advanced customizations and innovative solutions.
  • Provide adept technical support and timely issue resolution to maintain uninterrupted Salesforce operations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows through effective utilization of Salesforce functionalities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant certification; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce.
  • In-depth understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and best practices.
  • Expertise in crafting bespoke reports, dynamic dashboards, and efficient workflows.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills bridging technical complexities with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in managing tasks autonomously while prioritizing effectively.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with external systems is advantageous.
