Burns Sheehan are exclusively partnering with a market leading; technology scale up business to hire of a Salesforce Product Manager to join their team. Reporting directly into the Head of Product, with daily interaction with the Chief Product officer, this individual will take ownership of the entire Salesforce platform across the organisation, and will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and roadmap, whilst remaining hands on writing user stories and overseeing a technical Salesforce team of 5, made up of Engineers and Administrators.
As a Salesforce Product Manager, you'll be excited about the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams and operational business units to drive the delivery of a number of Salesforce implementations and improve the overall capability and offering company wide.
This Salesforce Product manager will be responsible for ensuring the Salesforce platform is tailored to the customer needs and will achieve this through discovery sessions to integrate a new customer journey. You'll define requirements, and effectively communicate them to developers and stakeholders and ensure they are delivered effectively against the roadmap.
You'll have a strong background working as a Product manager with expert knowledge of the full capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
