Job Description
Looking for a Senior Salesforce PM/Admin on the business side to working closely on supporting Salesforce rollout in Canada,
- PM 70%
* Able to independently manage rollout of multiple Salesforce capabilities.
Note: no direct engagement in development. Role is to ensure geo requirements are met by WW solution and related requirement, sprint, testing to Cutover
engagement
* Experienced in requirement elicitation and process mapping skills (Miro, Visio)
* Leading discussions with business and co-ordinate with WW team to build the right solution
* Experienced in (1) Sales Cloud (2) Experience Cloud (Partner Portal) and (3) Pardot (4) Mobile experience
* Strong understanding of the constraints of Salesforce platform and best practices in delivering business requirements
* Experienced in leading UAT and Cutover activities and data setup
* Familiar with Quip, Tableau and Wrike
- Admin (3 years at-least hands on) - 30%
* Responsible to manage new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions sets and security settings
* Responsible for configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, validation rules, price books, pricing rules, product rules, discount schedules, approval processes, fields, lightning page layouts and components, visual force, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom objects, custom fields, dashboards and reports, Sandbox environment management
* Responsive for developing and maintaining report types, reports, dashboards, and workflows
* Responsible for code/config migration using Dev Ops tools (for local instance), refresh and maintain Salesforce Sandbox instances when required
* Responsible for data management activities - bulk data inserts/updates /deletes using Data loader and data imports/cleansing/deduplication
* System Maintenance & Support including (but not limited to): Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users (support tickets), including identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions. support tickets (as part of business team), Identify unused or under-utilized platform features and areas of improvement, Support new user training (as part of the business team)
* Technical documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Experienced working in a global distributed environment liasing with different business and IT teams
- Experienced with Agile development
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
