The Challenge:

Are you interested in making an impact by helping to automate and accelerate software applications while building your development skills? As an outcome-focused engineer, you’re eager to take advantage of Salesforce's out of the box features to design modern applications to streamline client business processes. What if you could further your technical abilities while improving healthcare? We need you to help us develop and manage low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready using drag and drop methods to solve client's most complex problems.


As a Salesforce engineer on our team, you’ll gain experience in programming languages and databases using little to no code to help us identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You will help define architecture and design criteria to be applied across all implementations, and the processes and mechanisms to support and develop those implementations. The Engineer will use agile techniques to plan and implement system modifications and will determine necessary data structures, processing procedures, and appropriate output to meet user needs. The Engineer will communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences using diagrams and exhibits to effectively document and describe architectures, designs and solutions. The Engineer will collaborate closely with the Project Management Office and Business Analyst team to ensure alignment with department and enterprise roadmaps. This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI and Lightning Service Console configuration

  • Experience with Salesforce screen and workflow configuration, object model design and configuration, data sharing and visibility control implementation, and general system administration

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions under pressure

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Federal Government, Veterans Affairs and/or Healthcare IT experience

  • Experience working in teams operating under Agile methodology

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification

Vetting:
Applicants selected may be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 65,000 to 120,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
