Job Description

At Danfoss we are looking for our new Global Salesforce CRM Consultant (m/f/d) to join the Danfoss Drives Digital Platforms and processes team.


The team is part of Global Marketing and Sales Excellence for Danfoss Drives. We support the global Sales, Marketing and Services organization and delivers a great customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

One of the areas we support is Salesforce CRM. The team has started a project to bring our Salesforce CRM configuration to the next level with more integrations and intelligence. To support this project, we are expanding our team with an additional Salesforce CRM consultant.


In this role, you will be an essential link within the network of regional business excellence, power user experts, the CRM consultants and the developers. You will work in a global team, global environment and with different stakeholders. Further activities you can expect are:

  • You enable business development processes and system improvements. Create tickets and change requests, user stories, test in UAT, update training material and documentation;
  • Support initiatives to improve and or create new process in Salesforce;
  • Train power users and other relevant stakeholders;
  • Support requests like integration lead generation in Salesforce, tech support requests, marketing requests and Center of Excellence projects;
  • Develop, update and improve reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

Background & Skills

To be successful, we expect you to have relevant work experience with CRM systems and preferably Salesforce. We also expect you to hold a relevant bachelor/master’s degree. In addition, we would like to see the following:

  • Experience with building and developing complex and relevant reports and dashboards for CRM systems;
  • Abel to provide Helpdesk support and support to our power users;
  • Understand various business models and sales process in a global busines to busines (B2B) environment. Understand the different stakeholders and needs like inside sales, external sales, sales leadership and support functions;
  • Detailed knowledge of sales processes like lead-to-order and order-to-cash;
  • Have great communication skills and able to differentiate your communication depending on role, position and cultural background of your stakeholders;
  • Have an appetite for details, strong analytical skills, able to visualize and process complex date and most of all passionate to investigate and solve issues;
  • Enjoy working in a team and a cross region and international environment;
  • Be fluent in writing and speech for the English language.
