Overview:AceInfo is developing a system for a Federal client that will modernize and consolidate multiple legacy systems into one web-based system using Salesforce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We are establishing a new team to design, develop and deploy the application incrementally using agile processes.
We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager who has experience successfully leading agile teams and ideally has experience with Salesforce SaaS and complex data migration efforts.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a highly visible and complex initiative that integrates with multiple organizational elements.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
  • Serve as team scrum master.
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Manage project scope and changes.
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project / sprint plans.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to various audiences, including project team, client, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
  • Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
  • Building and motivating team members to meet project goals, delegating tasks and adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor staff performance, complete performance reviews, and support team development.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program team.
  • Support and continue to improve program practices, templates, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the team.Requirements:


Required qualifications:


  • Experience as a scrum master on a software development project.
  • Experience with the following:
    • Salesforce Platform
    • User story development (Requirements Elicitation, Syntax, DoD, AC)
    • Azure Boards or JIRA
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Microsoft Visio
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Solid understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies & frameworks (SCRUM/Kanban). Experience with Agile software projects is a must.
  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus, delivering value to the business.
  • Takes ownership of team and personal responsibilities.
  • Must have keen attention to detail and be well-organized.
  • Must have initiative, be a self-starter and able to balance multiple and shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Willing to learn and adopt new skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 10+ years project management experience
  • Familiar with Salesforce SaaS.
  • Familiar with leading data migration projects.
  • Experience working directly with DHS and/or TSA.
Additional Requirements
  • Successful candidates must be a US Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification highly preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification highly preferred
