Overview:

The CRM (Salesforce) Business Systems Analyst is responsible for driving successful business outcomes from our business process and tools. Using a variety of data sources, the role will provide insights and recommendations to management on opportunities for improvement within the system and identifying the business outcomes these improvements can drive. The role will interact with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, define processes, provide support and education and reporting insights.

This role will be reporting to a Salesforce CRM Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as a general CRM administrator for Community Network team:
    • Ensure all users are correctly configured
    • Provide support for internal users on best practices and procedures
    • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data cleanup, as necessary
    • Provide initial and ongoing training in collaboration with the CRM Super Administrator
  • Execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process to ensure smooth rollout to end users
  • Develop internal compliance reports and monitor for re-training opportunities
  • Gather requirements from end users to create requirements documents
  • Own in system reporting and dashboard development and maintenance
  • Serve as internal SME on process and business tools
  • Develop business/functional requirement documents for CRM and other tools
  • Make recommendations for feature and process changes based on observations from support tickets and compliance reporting
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience with user support of Salesforce
  • Process oriented mindset Experience in developing operational process and work flows
  • Experience developing performance and compliance reports and dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative. Ability to draw insights from a variety of data sources
  • Strong communication skills

Education Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience

Compensation

  • The position is a salaried, exempt position.
