The IT team at KinderCare creates digital experiences that help working parents stay informed on their child’s early education, and much more. In the Technology team, we are undertaking a comprehensive digital transformation by recruiting talented individuals and building and supporting best-in-class systems that uplift the family experience and enable our center staff to focus on the children. You will be joining a growing Salesforce team that cares for two Salesforce orgs. This is a remote-based position that will center primarily around US Pacific Time Zone working hours, with some flexibility. We know that experience is gathered in many ways. Who you are\:

• You are an experienced Salesforce administrator, with demonstrable skills in declarative Salesforce platform design and configuration, and an understanding of CI/CD and SDLC practices
• You have a strong Lean/Agile mindset and experience working on Agile teams as a highly engaged and collaborative team member
• You can effectively set expectations around the delivery of your work within a team
• You bring excellent communication skills, and are comfortable leading conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels of the organization
• You can translate conceptual ideas into concrete tasks as well as translate business needs into technical requirements
• You have a passion for learning, designing, and implementing new technology and a keen eye for optimization of business process
• You are an innovator, skilled at using cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business problems

The Job\:

• Responsible for the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of B2B/B2C Salesforce orgs (and associated add-ons) as a contributing member of the Salesforce development team, participating in all SCRUM ceremonies and planning.
• Recommend, design and create technical solutions to maximize KinderCare’s business productivity and optimize for support, usability, and flexibility for the long-term.
• Responsible for the organization and tracking of your individual work within the context of your team, while supporting your team’s success as a whole

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on Salesforce Administrative experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience in declaratively configuring and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, as well as comfort with SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, Validation rules, and reporting
• Experience in Requirements gathering and associated discovery work

Bonus skills and experience\:

• Salesforce additional certifications
• Experience with implementing other Salesforce products and add-ons such as Einstein, Tableau CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, LinkedIn Navigator, etc…
• Experience utilizing tools such as JIRA, Asana, LucidChart, Confluence, Workbench, Copado
• Experience with EDA architecture and/or Salesforce solutions as applied to educational institutions
