• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products

• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality

• Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

• Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.

• Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies and Lightning Web Components.

• Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform

• Ability to work in our Orem, Utah office (relocation reimbursement is not available)

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 Certification(Nice To Have)
• 3 + years Salesforce development experience
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
• Familiarity with industry best practices in the areas of data validation/integrity controls, testing, and release management
• Demonstrated evidence of technical/analytical skills or process awareness in a business framework
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication and skills
