Job Summary:

As the Salesforce Developer, you will help design and build technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to support our Go-to-Market business strategies. This role will be part of the Business Applications team and will work closely with System Analysts and stakeholders from various operational processes. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and implementing solutions that will support and enhance the functionality of our growing business applications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build technical solutions in Salesforce platform that support the Go-to-Market operational processes.
• Partner with key stakeholders to gain deep understanding of their business strategies to translate their requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Lead and/or influence technical workshop sessions to design and develop effective technical solutions.
• Perform and participate in peer code review for ongoing projects to ensure high quality of code, technical solutions and design patterns.
• Participate in the full application development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment.
• Provide day-to-day salesforce administration support, maintenance and operations of Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Assist in root-cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects encountered during different stages of project development and delivery.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success operational teams, and other technical teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the development of Salesforce and developing Lightning web components, Visual-Force, Apex Classes, Integrations, APIs, custom controllers, Force.com APIs, triggers, reports and dashboards.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java Script, HTML, Apex, CSS, SQL or SOQL.
• Working knowledge of UI frameworks like AJAX, jQuery or JSON
• Strong fundamental knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Mode.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform I certifications is preferred.
• Good understanding of Go-to-Market processes, tech stack and system architecture.
• Experience building solutions in Salesforce that supports Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions.
