The Opportunity
This position can be either a hybrid role based near Buffalo, NY (in office 2-3 days per week) or remote with frequent travel to our headquarters in Buffalo, NY. Frequent travel would involve being on site 1-2 weeks per month for the first year for system implementation and training.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Implementing, upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, work flows and groups.
- Importing sales department leads, contacts and other data.
- Maintaining the system, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database management tasks, including diagnostic tests and du;licate entry cleansing.
- Initial installation, as well as evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases; providing the related training and support.
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to filed history tables.
- Lead our organization in user onboarding, ongoing training, support, data management, and integrations throughout the platform.
- Provide daily support and administration of Salesforce users and processes, including user licenses and profiles, workflows, triggers, custom objects, configuration of page layouts, data hygiene reports, and dashboards.
- Assist the business development team in executing their sales pipelines from lead distribution to goal management; create insightful reporting to maximize pursuits, customer relationship management and provide process improvements where needed.
- Own the Salesforce integrations of primary and third-party data sources and applications.
- Lead data governance policies and data management best practices in Salesforce such as account/contact hierarchies, de-duplication, standardization and data hygiene.
- Lead relationship with CRM third party provider; communicate company needs, report/log CRM issues, manage project deliverables and timelines.
- Train users in one-on-one and classroom, settings and documentation of use cases and illustrated user guides.Lead our organization in user onboarding, ongoing training, support, data management, and integrations throughout the platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years’ of Salesforce administration, heavy implementation experience, in a related industry.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional Salesforce Certifications (Developer, Marketing Cloud) a plus.
- Self-starter and able to handle prioritization and completion of multiple project streams simultaneously across various priorities.
- Effective communicator.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a variety of levels of management and SMEs.
