Description:
As a Software Engineer supporting Enterprise Resiliency, you will be part of the dynamic Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team. This position will support our Fusion Risk Management solution (administration, maintenance and configuration) for the Enterprise Resiliency group. This group plays a critical role for *** promoting the safety and security of our employees while embedding resiliency into the operation and enabling *** to provide liquidity, access, and affordability of credit in all markets in the event of a disruption.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Expertise with the Fusion Framework, including the ability to configure custom objects, fields, and page layouts; build workflow and approval processes; build formulas and validation rules; build reports & dashboards; configure user roles, profiles, record sharing, and security settings
Keeping up to date with the latest Fusion and Salesforce features, and advocating their implementation and usage
Continuously work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in new/revised applications or large/complex development projects.
Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts. Documents may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams or design documents.
Respond to trouble/support calls for the Fusion application in production.
Serve as a technical lead for an Agile team and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies. Participate in all team ceremonies including planning, grooming, product demonstration and team retrospectives.

Nice to have:
Advanced proficiency in unit testing as well as coding in 1-2 languages (e. g. Apex, JavaScript, etc).
Advanced proficiency in Object Oriented Design (OOD) and analysis. Advanced proficiency in application of analysis/design engineering functions. Advanced proficiency in application of non-functional software qualities such as resiliency, maintainability, etc.
