RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a fast-growing health tech company in Boston, MA that has a new role for a Junior Support Analyst to join our growing Salesforce team. The position is fully remote. It will start as a contract, and permanent hire is long term goal.

Summary:
This role will support end-users on the business side and collaborate with the Business Systems team to support the Salesforce platform. The company is fully invested in the Salesforce platform from Sales Cloud to CPQ and Tableau for CRM. This role will be primarily focused on supporting Sales and reporting, with the potential to learn other clouds in the future.

The Junior Support Analyst, a member of the IT Team, will own Salesforce support - from creating and maintaining users (user provisioning) to responding to users across all levels of the business via Salesforce support cases. This role will identify issues and key themes, coordinate with other IT and business resources to find solutions, report back and document findings for the team. If you have experience in other areas, you could also assist with QA testing, building reports and dashboards and CPQ data cleansing.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is organized, humble, a team player (willing to mentor and be mentored) and is tenacious enough to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be a self-starter and will work on multiple deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Salesforce ADM201 certified or equivalent combination of education and Salesforce experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Salesforce ADM201 certified or an experienced Salesforce super user at a previous company
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats
  • Desire to grow professionally and learn new skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines
