Zopa is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to assist with projects and support work. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of configuring Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), who can work alongside our Brand and Product teams to ensure we get the most out of the platform and deliver great customer experiences.
A day in the life:
- Manage customer data using Contact Builder
- Create and maintain Data Extensions and publication lists
- Sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back including using the SF Connector
- Create journeys using Journey Builder including SMS, email and push notifications
- Configure and run triggers and API calls within the Marketing Cloud platform
- Own the campaign calendar and communication approach
- Gather requirements and manage small and large projects and support tasks, prioritising work accordingly
- Run and iterate business processes relating to Marketing Cloud, e.g. quality control processes for campaigns, automations, and content
- Maintain system health by running control processes and alerting/monitoring
- Ensure that we have quality performance data and analytics that can be shared with other teams
- Manage and coach the more junior members of the CRM team
About you:
- You’ll have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and hands on knowledge of core Studios and Builders: Email Studio; Mobile Studio; Automation Studio and Journey Builder; Contact Builder
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator Credential (or higher) preferred
- You’ll have experience with basic HTML (e.g. creating tables, links, and formatting)
- You have worked with AMPscript and SQL
- You’re enthusiastic about Salesforce and the opportunities it presents as a platform – we want you to suggest and implement changes and help Zopa get the most from the platform
- Ideally, you’ll have some experience of Cloud Pages
- You have good communication skills to be able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organisation, and particularly marketing, product and analysts
