- Pro-active personality with a can-do attitude.
- Strong Analytical Skills who can measure project success
- Owning and driving thought leadership to influence their sphere of technology in the use of innovation to advance business capabilities
- Should be able to Leverage business and domain knowledge to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans of the enterprise
- Able to connect well with Business users.
- Should be able to translate the business requirements in logical sprints and write User stories.
- Should Have deep knowledge of Experience Cloud/Community Cloud
- Should Provide technical recommendations to senior leaders to assist the decisions on proposed IT initiatives
- Collaborate with other Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards
- Working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs
- Exposure of Salesforce Customization.
- Experience and understanding of software development methodologies. Preferred: Hybrid Agile, Agile, Scrum of Scrums
