Overview


The Developer will be responsible for the overall analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and support of technology solutions within Lennar Corporation. The Developer must have excellent Salesforce software development and people skills to make a difference in the solutions and their users.




Responsibilities


  • Technical proficiency in assigned area
  • Executes assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Quickly grasps technical and business concepts
  • Performs intermediate level of coding and complex configuration
  • Independently solves technical problems in assigned area
  • Ensures developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
  • Executes unit, performance and acceptance tests to solutions to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Recognizes when to escalate to more senior associates
  • Provides level 2 support functions
  • Implements solutions in alignment with IT strategy and standards
  • 3+ years salesforce development experience
  • Salesforce developer certification
  • Salesforce admin certification
  • Experience working with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Understanding of Git commands and GitHub source control
  • Understanding of agile and scrum ceremonies
  • Awareness of cloud technologies, Azure preferred
  • Desire to automate testing, QA, and release management processes via DevOps
  • Documents code cleanly for other developers to integrate



Qualifications


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or certification required

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

10-20% Travel is Required
