LONG-TERM CONTRACT
PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED
Overview:
The Salesforce Administrator will manage, review, analyze, and evaluate end-user support requests related to salesforce to support response to COVID-19 and future pandemics. This includes identifying and merging decentralized agency partner data to visualize the organization's relationships with external partners, track partner deliverables, and use this data for future analysis of the organization's partner relationships:

  • Continuing customization and development
  • User maintenance
  • Database de-duping and cleanup
  • Development of reports and dashboards
  • Ongoing system documentation updates

Responsibilities:

  • Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce Administration
  • Create New User Profiles, Permission Sets and Monitor Access Levels
  • Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform
  • Fulfill password reset requests, permission set assignments, requests for new automated processes, etc.
  • Train new users
  • Perform database management, security, and compliance
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports while maintaining user interface
  • Manage data and execute scheduled data maintenance requests
  • Oversee the deployment of 3rd party applications
  • Solve complex problems regarding systems capacity, operating time, and include improvements

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with experience in Sales Cloud
  • Experience working with 3rd party integrations
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills
