We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Salesforce team in New York, NY. You will be working with other Salesforce.com engineers and admins, and various team members throughout the organization to develop features for sales, marketing, operations, finance etc.

Who You Are:

  • A Salesforce Administrator with at least 2+ years experience
  • Experienced with all aspects of Salesforce Administration: Configuration, Standard Data Model, Security, Quick actions, Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules etc.
  • Comfortable working with highly customized Salesforce environments, with complex data models and integrations with other systems
  • Comfortable using Data Loader to mass update, create, and delete
  • Strong query language skills (SOQL)
  • Experience working in a Lightning org
  • Experience working in Agile Environment
  • Experience with other Salesforce products and Clouds (e.g, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) is a plus
  • Media and/or ad sales experience a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD Pipeline a plus
  • Positive and hungry to learn

What You'll Do:

  • Work within a team of Salesforce admins and developers focused on all aspects of the ad sales business at Spotify (sales, marketing, billing, etc.)
  • Perform administrator tasks as needed (updating workflows, process builders, validation rules, new user creation and maintenance etc.)
  • Improve user experience through the creation and configuration of custom reports, dashboards, page layouts, custom fields, custom objects, record types, fields, triggers, and validation rules
  • Manage Salesforce permissions and security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy, including record cleansing and duplicate record management
  • Interface with business stakeholders in the Sales Operations and Revenue Operations teams
  • Develop and maintain up to date user documentation, document your solutions and logic
