As a Salesforce Administrator, you have knowledge of the benefits, limitations and configuration of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and are responsible for supporting the related Business Processes. You are ideally a Certified Administrator of Salesforce.com and are eager to expand this experience. You have worked with stakeholders across one or more organizations to identify problems and have worked as part of a team implementing solutions to better the company and the system. You are a solution-driven rockstar always focused on delivering consistent value to your users. While you have a pragmatic approach toward building solutions, you are eager to learn new ways of doing things, new technologies and new approaches.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day administration, configuration and troubleshooting of our Salesforce environment
  • Provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce and related applications
  • Follow Business Intelligence implementation process on making changes in Salesforce
  • Support team / Strategy team in presenting solutions to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Design/improve Salesforce Dashboards and Reports to meet end-user requirements
  • Create Salesforce flows to automate business processes and improve data quality within the Salesforce environment
  • Collaborate with team on providing everyday end-user support (via #salesforce channel and internal Salesforce Request tickets)
  • Log and track identified system problems through resolution
  • Test solutions that have been built by the other team members
  • Work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements.
  • Performs, upgrades and completes system maintenance
  • Review Salesforce upgrades and analyze impact on the Nearpod systems
  • Prioritize developing skills related to Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Admin (preferably within an instance with 200+ end users)
  • Certification in Salesforce (or equivalent) preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Lightning Experience required, with Clari and Gainsight setup and troubleshooting experience a plus
  • Ideal coding experience of 1-2 years or “mid-level” within Salesforce
  • Experience with Integrations and Implementing new tools on Salesforce
  • Experience working within Live Agent and Jira Integration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
