JOB SUMMARY
 This position is responsible for candidate to lead and contribute to delivering POD’s end-to-end modernization. This position requires expert level knowledge and experience in architecting and designing Salesforce instances, implementing solutions in Salesforce, and drive the Customer Relationship and Customer Experience portfolios. We are looking for multi-talented professional consultant with deep technical backgrounds, experience in building world-class cloud solutions and strong leadership skills.The incumbent performs as the highest-level subject matter expert in saleforce architecture, managing projects and taking major responsibility for the engagement of personnel, work products, standards, policies, and use of information technology assets. The incumbent is expected to identify and resolve the most complex work problems in a way which supports or complements ongoing organizational efforts. The incumbent provides guidance and leadership to achieve and maintain superior customer service levels. Work routinely requires technology leadership, initiative, creativity, and original thinking. Assignments are generally performed independently or under the general guidance of senior management with extensive latitude for individual and team initiative, judgment, and discretion.
 Candidate must be recognized as an expert in Salesforce Architecture, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and achievement. Candidate will possess the background, skills, and experience to independently initiate and coordinate teams in complex technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and prototyping exercises. Candidate will also show demonstrated success in implementing complex and paradigm-shifting technologies within diverse organizations.
 Candidate will have at least 5 years experience working for a company or governmental agency with at least 300 employees (if private sector) or 500 employees (if governmental agency).
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state), and determine corresponding architectural designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
  • Works with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Salesforce Admins, Technical Delivery Teams and Leadership to design complex cloud-based solutions using Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Determine which Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage in customer's architecture landscape, based upon product knowledge, industry experience, industry standard EA frameworks, and Salesforce EA methodologies.
  • Provide reliable and trusted -data rich- points of view of relatable customer transformations in the industry i.e. how other customers with similar needs have succeeded in their transformation.
  • This position owns the solution architecture and design of complex components including integrations, security, configuration and custom development.
  • Other duties may be assigned Partner with business stakeholders to understand and articulate business priorities and strategies, and translate them into enablement roadmaps, initiatives and designs that can be effectively realized within given time, technical and business constraints
  • Ensure new and enhanced Salesforce features, functions and capabilities are prioritized and applied to maximize business value
  • Responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business including functional and non-functional requirements, ensures that proper testing is implemented, and that performance and security requirements are monitored by working with implementation teams Collaborate with team members to ensure Salesforce development teams follow best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions. This includes creating standards and documentation.
  • Responsible to make recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs
  • Work closely with the program management office (PMO) or project management office to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promised.

Job Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Candidate must have deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
  • Candidate must have experience in leveraging solutions for Large Volume Data using Apex and process automations
  • Candidate must have experience in leveraging custom components using Aura and lightning web components
  • Candidate must have advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality
  • Candidate must have strong knowledge with designing, optimization of salesforce service cloud implementation
  • Candidate must have expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Service Cloud , Marketing Cloud, Sales & Experience/Community Cloud as well as the Force.com Platform
  • Candidate must have experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Candidate must have integration experience using both Web based technologies (SOAP, REST) and Integration/Middleware tools such as MuleSoft
  • Candidate must have experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket) and DevOps in a Salesforce environment
  • Candidate must have working knowledge of Salesforce Application development including, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Candidate must have working knowledge of Custom Object Design, Workflows and Approval Processes, APEX Triggers and Classes Development and Deployment, Visualforce Page, Extension and Controller Development,
  • Candidate must have knowledge of Lightning Conversion and Component Development, Web Services and API integrations, Content Management, Chatter/Social Enterprise, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Angular JS, AJAX and Aura frameworks.
  • Candidate must have experience working on Demandware, Mulesoft, and on various SFDC standard objects Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Campaigns, Cases, Solutions, Communities, Reports and Dashboards.
  • Candidate must have past experience in developing solutions for the Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) systems including X- Author for Word &Excel, development of clause libraries and contract templates.
  • Candidate must have past experience in configuring/Customization of Lead Process and Case Management using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.
