**This is a full-time, on-site role located in Foxborough, MA. The required on-site commitment is Monday-Friday**

SUMMARY

The Application Developer will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of the new enterprise-wide CRM for Kraft Sports + Entertainment, whose member companies include the New England Patriots, Gillette Stadium, the New England Revolution and Boston Uprising. The Developer will work closely with the CRM Manager to help translate business needs into effective and scalable products within Salesforce, and be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation work of customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations to Salesforce.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as primary application developer and subject matter expert

  • Develop, implement, and maintain customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations
  • Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and JQuery technologies
  • Understand the requirement gathering process and know to proactively ask questions before other functionality is impacted
  • Implement backlog enhancements/feature requests in accordance with upcoming release schedules and business needs
  • Understand the sources of data that feed the CRM system (data warehouse, Marketo, KORE, phone system, SMS-MMS, etc.) and partner with third party vendors as needed to pull in relevant data to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Stay up to date on all product releases, system updates and best practices to steer new customizations and integrations.
  • Identify when re-prioritizing action items is required given the fluctuating nature of the business
  • Understand complex data models and ensure changes in those models are scalable and efficient
  • Design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the platform
  • Help author and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help create related materials for users as the application evolves
  • Coordinate release activities for all phases of delivery including but not limited to review of roadmap priorities, release scope, test planning, UAT signoff and production readiness
  • Coordinate required activities associated with application's three yearly releases including enhancement and fix review, Opt-in and Op-out and regression testing
  • Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibility

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Minimum two (2) years of development experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Strong familiarity and experience with Salesforce.com design patterns and development practices
  • Experience with Apex coding best practices, Visualforce, and the Lightning Web Component Framework
  • Experience with APIs and Integrations
  • Experience working on an Agile development team
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment best practices
  • Experience with JIRA or other product development tools
  • Experience implementing customized and complex workflows, automations, and triggers
  • Experience with Marketo and KORE Software preferred
  • Experience working with ticketing databases (Ticketmaster Archtics) preferred
  • Must have strong teamwork and relationship management skills and work effectively with all personalities to support a strong, unified culture
  • Must be effective with a variety of communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and be attuned to others through strong, active listening skills
  • Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
  • Must have a critical eye for detail
  • Must possess a strong ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively, making timely decisions to meet project deadlines and business needs
  • Must have an interest and ability in serving others
  • Must be self-starter capable of working independently
