Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent area of study
- Preferred certifications include, Platform-1, Platform-2
- 2+ years of experience architecting and/or engineering Cloud solutions
- 3+ years of experience with SFDC configuration and custom development within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or equivalent Salesforce Cloud technologies
- Ability to understand and convert business requirements into solution designs
- Experience integrating Salesforce into other platforms, such as Middleware and ETL tools

You’ll work in our Atlanta office as part of our Technology & Digital function.
This group provides for all the firm’s internal software development needs. The goal is to provide McKinsey’s business thought leaders the tools and knowledge they need as they work with clients around the globe. Our development teams are small, flexible and employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our user community with the solutions they need. We combine the latest open source technologies together with traditional Enterprise software products.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for leading and producing technical specifications and systems integration requirements for internal Salesforce environments globally.
In this role you will involved in advising and building technical architecture solutions including integrations, lightning ready solutions and object modeling across the Salesforce environment and other technical platforms. You will also define development standards to manage performance and scalability of the application and work with the stakeholders on performance issues and dependencies knowing Salesforce governor limits. You will provide performance optimization solutions and diagnose and solve problems related to Salesforce.
