What we are looking for :

The Marketing Performance & Reporting Specialist aims to support the Marketing Perfomance & Reporting Supervisor in the creation, development and maintenance of the CRM strategy by segments and life cycle from the analysis of internal and external multichannel data (in the future, omnichannel).

He /She contributes with his /her work to the preparation of CRM reports, as well as the Marketing area, for reporting to ESP and Corporate. Share insights regarding CRM campaigns with the rest of the team.

Reports to the Marketing Performance & Reporting Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities and Mission:

  • Coordinate the development of Go-packs with the other CRM teams (DM and TLMKT) and Trade Marketing
  • Contribute to the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports of the CRM area, as well as the entire Marketing area, for their treatment in ESP and Corporate
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of multichannel campaigns, generating information for your supervisor
  • Campaign Project Management: preparation of campaign / segment briefings and follow-up with the supplier for their execution and prioritization.
  • Contribute to the elaboration of the global customer loyalty plan, generating information for its supervisor.
  • Support the development of projects based on the treatment of customer data.
  • Contribute to projects related to the digitization of the company in which customer campaigns are key.
  • Monitoring of CRM activity from the store
  • Monitoring of the degree of customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Maintain a fluid relationship with external suppliers to ensure the correct flow of activity in the CRM area.

What you'll need

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Title: ADE-Economics, MKT, Engineering, Statistics, mathematics.
  • Experience in CRM. Desired experience in Marketing Automation, Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Experience in BB.DD treatment. Excel mastery. Desired SQL.
  • Experience in business analysis and reporting. Desired Power BI.
  • English Fluent
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Rigor and detail
  • Good planning and control skills
  • Committed, motivated and capable of autonomous work
  • Good knowledge of the treatment and segmentation of BB.DD.
