Job Description

  •  Support all aspects of Salesforce user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation (SSO), roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, management of external Partner and Customer access to Experience Cloud
  •  Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  •  Support specific feature configuration and ongoing maintenance of: Service Cloud Omni-Channel, including Service Cloud Voice (Amazon Connect) and Live Chat, Salesforce Knowledge, Engagement Cloud (Partner and Customer Licenses).
  •  Management of Sandbox environments and access
  •  Maximizing declarative features (challenging the business requirement) before the need of customizations
  •  Help develop and support the DevOps/release management cycle
  •  Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  •  Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  •  Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  •  Own the communication of any platform changes to end-users and stakeholders
  •  Support data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  •  Be proactive with system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  •  Support day-to-day user support requests, including data loads of contacts, leads, etc
  •  Create and maintain technical documentation
  •  Management of integrated applications and third party suppliers including Hubspot, JIRA, Skilljar, Cirrus Insight, Enterprise Data Warehouse
  •  Maintain Salesforce Certification
  •  Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  •  3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, (both Sales and Service Clouds) or a combination of education and experience in this field
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
  •  Strong Salesforce product knowledge and administration, with hands-on, practical experience with Sales and Service Cloud implementations (Sales Operations and Contact Centers)
  •  Minimum Salesforce Admin Certification (actively held for 3+ years preferred); additional certifications are preferred
  •  Working in a hyper-growth environment; flexibility with requirements and works well with ambiguity
  •  Passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem, the CRM industry, and delivering world-class solutions to our end users
  •  Expert knowledge of Dataloader, Workbench, or other data loading tools
  •  Understanding of DevOps environment, including deployment tools
  •  Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  •  Ability to work autonomously, manage and prioritize tasks and projects across multiple business areas
  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Active in the Salesforce community (attends Dreamforce, etc)
  •  Team oriented
