  • Provide delivery management, oversight, and team leadership for Salesforce enterprise wide.
  • Deliver strategic, proactive guidance for key client stakeholders
  • Conceive innovative, high value solutions for clients in areas of technology or process improvement
  • Establish and maintains excellent business relationships with all key account stakeholders
  • Serve as the initial and ongoing line of sight to resource constraints and commitments
  • Identify risks and interdependencies and work to develop plausible solutions
  • Manage ongoing business as usual (BAU) as well as project work
  • Coordinate among cross functional teams for project implementations
  • Consult in resource/skill and financial planning to assist in project management efforts
  • Conduct proof of concept pilots to demonstrate potential solutions for business problems
  • Help develop and drive organization adoption for strategic initiatives
  • Drive key goals and metrics around productivity and growth goals as documented in investment roadmap
  • Meet customer expectations for highest quality
  • Participate in process/industry consortiums as necessary
  • Assist with the ongoing development / refinement of internal methodologies
  • Collaborate with business sponsors and product owners to define roadmap/release plan
  • Interface with all levels of management to negotiate project priorities and outcomes
  • Monitor emerging technology trends in B2B commerce, manufacturing, and Salesforce
  • Envision new technical capabilities and common application components
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, resilient, and perform to business partner expectations
  • Define priorities to refactor solutions and reduce technical debt
  • Monitor progress and provide regular, transparent communication to stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLA) for uptime and performance
  • Manage interdependencies between internal and external teams and service providers
  • Deep knowledge and expertise across the Salesforce.com platform
  • Has delivered full end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations/projects, especially including highly integrated/complex ecosystems. Understands how to deliver capabilities on Salesforce AppExchange products.
  • Support application and integration design activities with Enterprise and Solution Architects.
  • Serves as a collaborative team-player who possesses the ability to drive consensus and comradery. Ability to negotiate and obtain agreement across various constituents and partners at the organization, including within the lines-of-business.
  • Acts as the escalation point when issues arise and understand what to do and who to work with to resolve them.
  • Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-energy, challenging environment where there are multiple competing priorities daily.

  • Proven large enterprise Program/Delivery Management experience
  • Project Leadership certifications, which may include: Agile/Scrum and/or PMP
  • Experience in Salesforce implementations
  • Broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and appreciation for capability / process impacts up-and down-stream of process being examined
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills at all levels of the organization written, verbal, presentations
  • The ability to act as a liaison for the business to other organizational areas, conveying needs / requirements of the business
  • Extensive experience planning and deploying either business or IT initiatives (preference for both)
  • Must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a very fast paced environment, to manage multiple tasks, and work independently or as a team
  • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
  • Able to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to provide coherent vision, strategic plans, and leadership to achieve peer/stakeholder buy-in and successful alignment with business vision
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership positions focused on achieving business results with technology
  • 7+ years of professional consulting experience
  • Management consulting or program/portfolio management expertise
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, engineering or finance
  • The ability to collaborate with Account Managers and Line of Service leaders to author and negotiate proposals, statements of work, work orders and estimates
  • A strong “personal brand,” demonstrating a high level of credibility
  • Long standing, “trusted advisor” relationships both internally and externally in the marketplace
  • A successful track record of leading successful pursuits of large consulting projects including IT projects
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in designing, building, supporting, and managing Salesforce.com applications/projects
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Previous functional and/or technical solution architecture experience on a Salesforce.com team/project
  • Experience developing with additional platforms/languages a plus (Java, .NET, Python, etc)
  • Experience delivering against key achievements and managing a project team/plan
  • Knowledgeable in release management and code deployment activities/processes
