Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of SFDC to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
- Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution.
- Works closely with the SFDC developers, lead, and Scrum Master to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.
- Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met.
- Plays an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the technical team for any custom development required.
- Responsible for test plan development and execution
- Leads internal development of business process story, requirement gathering and knowledge transfers to internal and external stakeholders
- Assists troubleshooting production and sandbox issues.

Required Qualifications:
Salesforce Administration (2+ years), Requirements Gathering (2+ years), client relations (2+ years), Data and functional testing (2+ years)
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Experience Cloud, strong organization skills, agile delivery methods
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, business writing skills, learner, hard working, willing to learn, patient
Government Requirements:
1. Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance
2. Candidate must be U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
3. Must complete a Background investigation prior to start of work
