We are seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Architect/Lead to join our Salesforce team based in London to help deliver CRM that is customer-centric and user-friendly. In the last few years, we have been working at an accelerated pace improving efficiency, increasing speed, and boosting stability and synergy across all lines of business.
Salesforce Technical Architect/Lead will be focusing on shaping the technical architecture of Salesforce. The role allows to work closely with team members in designing a variety of end-to-end solutions to improve new and existing systems.
The ideal candidate would have experience in Salesforce.com application development, design, configuration and implementation. Experience with implementations is necessary as this role requires someone who can provide direct technical support through this transition of our system.

  • Experience working with internal teams to shape the technical architecture of Salesforce implementations and scoping projects to address specific needs
  • Demonstrated ability to architect, build and execute data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex multi-channel automations and reports
  • Expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds
  • Advanced understanding of common integrations and third-party technology solutions
  • Experience with Enterprise Integration Solutions and Web API development
  • Understanding of relational database concepts, ETL processes, data management and segmentation best practices
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working remotely, and with remote teams
  • Salesforce Certifications – Platform Developer I and preferably Platform Developer II or System Architect would be beneficial
  • Experience working at a financial services company or within another highly regulated industry would be beneficial

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Documenting current state technical processes and preparing gap analysis between current state and desired future state
  • Conducting technical process reviews, design sessions, and other architecture meetings
  • Designing and executing data extraction and manipulation techniques to support workflows and integration with other systems
  • Technical and Solution design and roadmapping of projects from a programmatic perspective
  • Ensuring quality delivery and involvement in complex programmatic development of the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and LWCs
  • Overseeing a DevOps environment and continuous integration through to unit testing to ensure best practises
  • Taking ownership of all security settings and conducting regular security/configuration audits
  • Involvement in management and mentoring of the technical team
