Salesforce Administrator (hybrid/local remote)


Tandigm Health is looking for a Salesforce Administrator in the greater Philadelphia area, to help support our mission of positive disruption in healthcare!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Tandigm Health is a rapidly growing company transforming health care in the Greater Philadelphia area. Our mission is to help primary care physicians provide better care for their patients. The Salesforce Administrator - Data Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM Platform supporting our user group.

The Salesforce Administrator - Data Analyst will configure and maintain the Salesforce application to ensure continued delivery of innovative, quality solutions to meet the needs of the business user community.

This position is responsible for the overall configuration and operation of the existing implementation and continued operations, as well as the continuous improvement of the Salesforce tools for all user groups such as Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams.

The Salesforce Administrator will independently perform data modeling, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation relating to the Salesforce system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design, test, and support quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Ability to design and support integrations between Salesforce and other applications / systems
Successfully document / maintain documentation on application use and flow and assist in developing training materials.
Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
Lead / Assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs.
Ability to interact with senior members of management.
Comply with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations when using and reporting PHI (Protected Health Information).
Performs additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

EDUCATION
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL/MOTOR SKILLS
Strong Salesforce.com skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Organized, detailed and proactive; responds to requests in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborative and resourceful; functions successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
Working knowledge of healthcare industry, including Medicare and Commercial products.
Must embrace and exemplify the core values of Tandigm Health.
Strong SQL Skillset
Proficient in Data Modeling
